Just a couple of Starscream repaints. You would think, since Botcon makes so much money every year that they just might come out with an original mold insted of repaints with maybe, a new head. Not impressed.

That's two more for this year's exclusives, in addition to Kup (and Thunderclash, Landshark, Flak, and Scourge).

But I wonder if these guys will be either the same or different characters that are just homages to their G1 counterparts. As this story is starting to sound more and more like an original series that borrows stuff from other series, rather than being a part of another existing series. But if it does belong to a current series, it could be somehow connected to the current TransTech fiction.

I'm just surprised they didn't make Leozack some kind of combiner. I mean, it makes sense over all because then the entire set would have been a combiner set, but you know what I mean. Maybe using Energon Storm Jet, Skyshadow, and Windrazor, along with Energon Blight, Energon Bonecrusher, and a couple new headmolds, they could have made a pretty good Energon styled LioKaiser. They could even use the Energon Blackout mold to make a Deathcobra and have the entire Breast Force set.

There were six Brestforce members. Eight if you include Deszaras and Deathcobra.

You listed only five (plus Energon Blackout as Deathcobra make six).

Yeah, but the Energon combiners only compose of 5 figures and there isn't one to be Jaruga as the crotch as the main body figure goes from head to knee.

True, and Jaruga didn't really play much of a role in Victory anyway. I think he played the smallest role of the six Liokaiser Brestforce members.

Agreed.

Oh, for Pete's sake, are new heads for these souvenirs too much to ask?!?!?!?!?!?!

Just check the ratio of past convention exclusives that have recieved new heads or other new remolded part. Several exclusives are repainted from the original with no remolding at all.
