This is Transformers Animated Omega Supreme in the identical color scheme that he was given for his European Action Master version in the early 90's (UK only). Yeah, not my favorite colors for the big guy either, but that's what DW was going for!

I don't think Omega Spreem will actually be a new character. I think Mr. Wyatt just did this for fun. Nowhere is mentioned that Omega Spreem is a real character or that he will actually appear later on in Season 3.

The reason he has so much pink is because this Spreem's color scheme is based of G1 Omega Spreem's color scheme:
