ROTF Ejector the Toaster!

A new Scout class figure for the ROTF toyline has been revealed: Ejector the toaster! The first images of him have been posted by GenZhao at KOToys, and further images have been found at The Arker.

While his altmode does sound a bit original at first, to long time fans this little guys' altmode may bring back some memories of a certain Marvel Comics Transformers character known as Toaster, brother to G1 Blaster.

More recently, a bot by the name of Toaster Bot (who bears a striking resemblance to Ejector) had previously been featured in a Mountain Dew advertisement for the first Transformers film, and has since also been given some concept art of his own.

This is one that is definetly on my "must get" list. Now we just need the Mountain Dew machine transformer and we'll be set.

Sabr, I've been kinda out of the loop, can the RotF Constructicon Figures on the shelves now combine? Also, is the Leader Class Optimus going to be able to combine with the Leader Class Jetfire? I know one of the Optimus will be able to, I just am unsure of if it is the Leader or the Voyager...

@TPR:
There will be three different versions of the Constructicons. The individually packaged Deluxe and Voyager versions will go from vehicle to robot, but will not combine to form Devy. The Supreme class Devastator will consist of six components that will go from vehicle to gestalt body component, but will not have their own individual robot modes. The EZ Collection (Japanese Legends Class) Devastator will consist of SEVEN components that will comkbine to form Devastator AND will have their own individual robot modes. The seventh member for this this set is Overload, who forms part of the torso with Scavenger (who still bears a striking resemblance to Demolishor).

As for Prime and Jetfire, the Leader Class ROTF Prime will combine with the Leader Class Jetfire figure.

Okay, I just know that a lot of people are going to repaint this guy to look like the Brave Little Toaster.

Toaster-tron = Imperius Leader? I smell a Galactica crossover fanfic coming... Can't wait to see some of the others of the proposed kitchen line. I wonder if they'll have Micro-Wave and QuickMix, my favorite would be SPATULATOR!

actually, toaster-bot and ejector are the same.
watch the commercial and look at the picture.
Sabrblade said,  - 2009-05-31 12:32:26
That hasn't been confirmed. There have been bots that look exactly the same, but have different names.

true true

Well, the "toaster-bot from the Mountain Dew commercials was never named, so that doesn't discount Ejector as being the Mountain Dew toaster-bot. Thus, I'm in agreement with Tfafan on the toaster-bot being Ejector; especially since Ejector looks just like the Mountain Dew toasterbot, and was obviously based upon that design.

Actually, the offical concept art for the Mountain Dew commercial bot named it "Toaster Bot". That art isn't for Ejector, as it was made long before Ejector was created.

But we can say that Ejector's design was based off Toaster Bot's.

EDIT: Okay, nevermind. Now sources are saying they're the same bot.
