Two new auctions have been found on Ebay for and Skywarp toy and and a Ramjet toy. Both of which are redecos of a Starscream toy. Can you guess which one? According to the seller, these are toys that will be part of an upcoming toyline for a certain Transformers franchise, but only time will tell. Let's hope these are for real. Check out Skywarp here, and Ramjet here.

are they just repaints by an individual or is this the real deal? :O

Hmm, the winner of the auction might be able to tell us that.

Well made though. I wonder if they're redecoes of the G1 head type or the standard movie head type.

Well, they seller claims these are official, but real or not these are still pretty sweet!

No new mold?
repaints?!
Boo! :(
i hope these are unofficial.

Hey, at this point, we don't know which head mold was used. For all we know it could be the first one, the G1-esque one, or a new one. but at least these are the first signs of a movie Skywarp and a movie Ramjet. Be glad the first seeker trio can be completed

I dont know..I got the G1 redeco SS and i kinda regret buying him. It wouldve been nicer if the Seekers came in ROTF with all new jets and such.

Its not unexpected that there will be repaints from the original movie line in ROTF.

Starscream will have a new mold, I'm sure.

It would be nice if the other seekers would be in RotF, but these are just repaint and Ramjet of this series ha been killed

Well, regardless if they are "official" or just well painted custom jobs, they are still using one of the most horrific jet modes I've ever seen. I really hope that they redesign Starscreams alt mode for the RotF figures.

I agree with you sidewinder. Not only that they really have to stop the whole chicken walker thing. Even the entry mode Starscream was pretty good. They need to make screamer more classic than just having a mutilated cockpit on his chest.

ok when are we gonna see any pics or videos of rotf ?
Sabrblade said,  - 2008-12-28 07:46:10
Wait till February, they said.

i hope they have starscream in the new line.
Bass X0 said,  - 2008-12-28 18:52:29
They will have a new Starscream. A new Optimus Prime. A new Bumblebee... Anybody else returning from the first movie is uncertain though. They might be in the toyline, possibly as repaints of their original movie toys or new molds. But I am sure there will be plenty of new molds.
Sabrblade said,  - 2008-12-28 20:44:49
I hate that they're doing this. Those charatcers aren't really changing their forms that much. Why make all new molds of them in slightly different looks? Why not just reissue the first movie figures for those who failed to get them in the last toyline?
chrombot said,  - 2008-12-29 00:21:48
well optimus apparently needs a new mold for a combining feature.
Sabrblade said,  - 2008-12-29 10:18:28
Then why don't they just design Jetfire to fit on the old Prime toy?
Black Starscream said,  - 2008-12-29 15:37:16
Technically didn't they do that with tidalwave and Megatron? Tidal wave usd all the features Megatron had that were prior unconnected to combining.
Sabrblade said,  - 2008-12-29 16:02:09
Exactly. Armada Megatron wasn't orginally a combining figure, so they built Tidal Wave's parts in a way sot hat they could fiot onto Megs.

Why can't they do that with Jetfire and the old Optimus?

Going back 25 years, isn't that also how powered convoy (ultra Magnus) from diaclone also came about?
Sabrblade said,  - 2008-12-30 17:47:03
More recently, it's also how the City Commander trailer/armor set came about. Take an existing figure, and then make armor that can attach to it.

NICE!
