Primus, do I have a lot of news today!  At comicbookmovie.com you can see some of the first pictures of the up-and-coming Transformers Movie action figures.  Plus there is a picture of Bumblebee's... um... robot...  Sorry, its the only way I know how to put it.  Anywho, happy viewing everybody!

Weird. Why did Comicbookmovie slap giant "TFW2005.COM" watermarks onto the images?

Yeah, I'm pretty sure that would mean that the images were originally from TFW2005.com, but when I went to their site, I couldn't locate these images anywhere. So, with that in mind, I kinda figured that at least everyone would know where they came from in the first place anyway just by there giant watermarks.

I like them. It is a whole new look for tfs. I just hope the toys aren't too hard to transform. I am a playtor (a colletor that palys with his toys) and it isn't real fun to play with them when they're overly difficult to transform.

does anyone else think that the those transformers look terminators with car bumpers, and metal attached to them ... they need to look more like transformers !!!

I think they've tried very hard to ensure that the transformers look incredibly realistic. Im not overly impressed as of yet with the main designs although that could all change when we actually get to see them.

I think the designs are due to how much they wanted to avoid the "Disappearing" and "Size Changing" questions so many people had with G1. That added with the fact that they probably wanted to make them look as homonid-proportions-correct as possible. The designs look really complicated and I look forward to figuring them out.

I think the designs are meant to represent alien robots , without the strong human influence that was the main feature in earlier designs , they remind me the vehicon faces and sleek forms used in beast machines. The helicopter guy´s face is pretty disturbing , but that´s OK since he´s one of the bad guys.
