Today's short blurb is to let everyone know we at TRM are trying something a bit different for us and have started a small Discord Server (link below).

You are all welcome to come hang out, chat it up, and talk Transformers and Transforming Robots.

Our first "meeting" of sorts will be on Wed May 1st at 5pm Central where will be discussing the current Legacy line; what do you like, what don't you like, what would you like to see, and so on.

The goal is to continue TRM's mission of expanding the world of our fandom as well as creating some real connections. We also strive to document all the crazy and wild things that have come out over the last 40 years. My fave thing to see is when I write a small article and someone in the comments mentions they learned something new, or may have found a new thing to collect.

That sure was quick! Looks like Studio Series will have atleast one figure from the TF ONE movie out around the time of the film which is always great especially when you can match the screen appearance. Who else from the film would you like to see added to Studio Series? I personally would love to see a Studio Series figure of TF ONE Megatron.

I've been chomping at the bit to get these in! Vintage G1 Galvatron and Wreck Gar kids snow gloves! Manufactured by "Manica" these are now nearly unheard-of artifacts. Items like this were often destroyed due to wear and tear and rarely kept. Finding them on the secondary market is nearly impossible. These came from a mega collector and are some of the most pristine items now in my entire collection!

Not too much to write about these, but I'll have to hunt down the slightly more common snow boots to go with these at some point in the future. The next acquisition for "The Vault" isn't far out and it'll be another piece of insanely hard-to-find G1 nostalgia.

Transformers Legacy United Cybertron Vector Prime looks great! He's ready to help Optimus and co track down those cyber planet keys. I was a bit apprehensive when I first heard rumors he would be a retool/remold/partial of Jhiaxus but finally having a good look, its not bad, pretty good actually, find a way to release Safeguard to pair with him and you are cooking with energon. I still have the original and thats going nowhere but one area that the original was lacking in was articulation and this new rendition is jam packed with it. What do you think of Legacy United Vector Prime?

The Infernac Universe continues with the addition of Legacy United Nucleus. This is one very interesting looking character, like a cross between a rock lord and a rocket ship or space shuttle. I can image quite a few interesting combination for this guy.

I love that the Unicron Trilogy is getting such love. Legacy United Cybertron Hot Shot looks amazing! I can't wait to add this to my collection, I hope they also do a True Cybertron Defense Force version, I own the WFC version and while its a fun toy, a more faithful rendition would be very welcome.

A series that some consider to be among the best Transformers series ever aired on US/CA television.

Erik here, from TRM. Just added these six Mini-Con promotional figures to "The Vault". So let's take a look.

From Boss Coffee 2 Packs, are Cradon (yellow/blue crane vehicle) and Seawave (submarine). These two neon colored figures are part of the official G1 storyline, making them some VERY late additions as they were released in 2008.

The Guardian Mini-Con Team consists of Guardian Powered (truck), Guardian Sky (helicopter), and Guardian Speed (racecar).
Powered and Sky were only available through certain Camera stores, while Sky was limited to Toy "R" US.

Mighty Bull (backhoe) was part of the Mighty Mini-Con Team.

Both teams of Mini-Cons were sold as promotion for Revenge of the Fallen, but are still considered part of the Unicron Trilogy.

These are rather obscure figures today and their availability was during a short window in Japan only. Today, these go for $35-$50 on average with no real variation in price if they are loose or sealed.

Kingdom / Legacy Evolution Blaster on the left, Studio Series 86 Blaster on the right. Which set do you most prefer?

I personally could go either way if I had to pick just one but im leaning more towards the right for the higher degree of screen accuracy.

Either way you can't go wrong, a great mold all round. I wonder if the rumored Leader Class Soundwave will be a repaint of an older mold but with additional cassettes packed in as some have speculated?🤔 only time will tell.

The first trailer for TRANSFORMERS ONE is debuting like no movie trailer ever has: In Space!
This long-awaited origin story of how the most iconic characters in the TRANSFORMERS universe, Orion Pax and D-16, went from brothers-in-arms to become sworn enemies, Optimus Prime and Megatron, debuted its trailer on Thursday, April 18th. The launch kicked off at 6am PT with a live-streamed countdown showing the journey into space.
