Just the episode i've been waiting for...EXCELLENT!!!

What happened to Starscream? Did he die? Will he be a ghost? Will he go into Waspinators body(coming soon). What was with Sumdac at the end. Is he good or is he evil? I think he is now evil. I think the Autobots will hate him for rerebuilding Megatron to normal.

Starscream is still alive.

What's the story with Sari? Sumdac was going to tell her something important, and then the Allspark showed her a strand of DNA. What does it all mean? That's what I want to know. All and all, great episode. Loved the G1 reference with the ship in the mountain. I still think Bulkhead is the best and I still can't believe how much I like this incarnation of Optimus. That's it, though, right? Season one is over?

This was so good that's all I can say. Sumdac is not evil.

I've had a theory on Sari for over a month. If I'm right, it's a major spoiler, but I could be wrong. Do you want me to say?

Oh no, not that rumor AGAIN. The "Sari's a robot" rumor is old as all get out. Please tell me that's not your theory. I beg you, please tell me your theory doesn't have to do with Sari being a robot!

Besides, Sari can't be a robot because of a previous update with info from the makers that says she's 100% human:

Keep in mind, this is just my theory. I have nothing to base this on other than what I've seen in these first 13 episodes...



Alright, my theory for months plus (I thought of this BEFORE Cloudburst and Submariner's appearance in Survival of the Fittest!) is that Sari is a PRETENDER.

a.) SARI is "odd" never been to school w/ regular kids, she's seen as odd.
b.) The allspark connection
c.) S.A.R.I. is very unusal name. My theory includes a name explanation that it stands for Sentient Alien Robot Intelligence or some such. A chip stolen from Megatron's head
d.) the authors clearly know about pretenders.
e.) Where's her Mom? (She has none.)
f.) The authors are also interested in the whole flesh around metal paradigm, ala Blackarachnia...
g.) Even the premiere movie featured a melding of organic and techno, in the form of that giant beast that the Autobots blew up.
h.) Don't forget, the head writer was also heavily involved with BeastMachines. He's clearly interested in the whole techno-organic amalgamation concept...

Loved the EP. Megatron is Awesome.The G1 Ark reference was very cool. We'll just have to wait and see if Perceptor's theory holds out or not. I like it though. Can't wait for season 2 to start..

I think Sari was chosen by the allspark so he can make her a Pretender. in other words: Sari's gonna be a Pretender, but for now she's a human.

A Headmaster Jr. or a Powermaster (Godmaster) would make more sense. A Pretender is a Transformer disgiused as a human, while a HM Jr. and GM are humans turned into transformers.

Also, when is Sari's Actionmaster accessory, meaning her bike that turns into jet pack, gonna show up? It was seen in the first promo on the Net.

There was a lot to absorb in this one. I want to watch it a few more times. I think Sumdac is being held against his will. Kind of like Dr. Archieville in G1. I think I spelled it right. So there's another G1 nod I think. The Ark in the mountain was a G1 nod. I wonder if there will be a Trypticon to destroy it. I doubt it. Starscream is still alive somewhere. He will show up soon.

I wish that the Dinobots came back at the end. Prime and the others really needed the support, especially since Swoop is the only one of them that can fly.

Hey Perceptor, about your theory, maybe if you change it from her being a robot to her being born by genetic science in a lab, it could work.

Did anybody notice the drawings and animation in this ep were much cheaper than previous eps?
They even used stock footage transformations. that's one of the things that ruined a/e/c

I expected more for a season finale than just a battle with 3 decepticons vs. the autobot team. Also, Starscream's death was so quick and swift it was kinda creepy...

I think Megatrons transformation sequence was awesome, it was just cool. The Ark reference was great, and I liked how the spisode incoperated alot of comedy, without overpowering the action, and vise-versa. My fave cahracter is Blitzwing, and I found it funny how Ratchet and Bumblebee teamed up to disrupt his systems. One of my favorite parts was when Lugnut was going to do his 'punch', and Bulkhead used his wrecking ball to push the trigger. That was awesome.

2# Oooo my aching serbos! The episode was great as far as I'm concerned (Exept for the part where that loudmouthed little Autobot,Bumblebee,tricked me into crashing! Man HE realy sizzles my circuts!)

1# I don't know Perceptor,I don't think Sarri is a Pretender. It does say in her file that she is adopted,and I don't think that Sumdac was,is or ever will be married.

Blitzwing, either Starscream is still alive, Starscream is in his ghost mode, or Starscream is going to go into Waspinator, who will be a toy, but not so sure that he will be in the future on the show.

I think Perceptor's theory carries merit. I think its plausable for Sumdac to build a robot that mimicks a little girl (perhaps a copy of his own, dearly departed child?) and that robot not realize it's not a robot. When that happened, I think Sumdac decided not to spoil the illusion for himself and just told Sari she was adopted both to keep her sane and to maintain the "forever my child" illusion for himself. However with Megatron up and running, he decided it was time to tell the truth so she can meet that greater destiny that all seemingly insignificant characters in shows like these have.

Robot clone of dead child? That seems a little too cliche. I think that maybe he altered her DNA as an experiment, to enhance her life, as a test, sorta like he was doing with the cocaroches, except that he used direct tech inhancement on Sari straight from Megatron, rather than just reverse engineering. Such a thing would explain the DNA strain shown, and how Megatron said 'It seems our fates are destined to be intertwined once more...' Of course he said that to Dr.Sumdac and not Sari, but yeah, technologically enhanced is my theory.

Starscream is alive, he appears later with both Prowl and Lockdown trying to hunt him down.

Sari's human, she adopted, she's not a robot. We can assume he was going to tell her that she was adopted, based on the only info we currently know. We can't know for sure what he was going to say, but our number one suspicion can be the revelation of her adopted-ness, cuz she makes no mention whatsoever about her being adopted in the series, which could mean she doesn't know she's adopted.

Oh, I just had a thought. It would be funny if when she finds out, she becomes all depressed and confused about her life that she becomes gothic and dark (or at least try to but to no avail).

Well, its a sci-fi cartoon, so all theroies are valid at this point. Its fun to speculate. Besides, we haven't seen a good "robot clone" story in, like, forever so we're about due. But ultimately, anything goes with sci-fi and only the actual writers of the show know for sure.

just watched part 2 again. still excellent!!! too bad soundwave, lockdown, and the dinobots weren't in it...but i guess you can only put so much in a 22 minute cartoon. i guess we don't have to wait too long for season 2. there was a commercial for "new" episodes on cartoon network for several of their shows like BEN 10 and Transformers Animated for next Saturday starting at 9:00 am. It featured Jazz and it looked like he was twirling his nunchuks and said something real quick too. Couldn't tell what he said but it sounded like a close comparison to Scatman Crothers. Can't wait...Jazz was always my favorite!!!

When you think about it, Lugnut and Blitzwing went down far too easy. Last time they alone were to much for the autobots.

Maybe Starscream rebuilt them weaker than before so they wouldn't try to overthrow him.

Hm, well I'm still sticking w/ my theory. I think Sari, er I mean S.A.R.I. is a pretender, until I'm convinced otherwise.

One interesting point though. Did you notice in the opening movie, there were all these pictures flying back and forth between the Allspark and Sari and she asked, "Wierd. Did we just have a conversation?" Answer: yes. Then when she went back in to the Allspark room she asked it, why did you choose me, it "replied" with an image of DNA! Interesting.

So if my theory that S.A.R.I. is a pretender might not be on target. Then the question is, whose DNA does she carry that would be interesting to the Allspark?????

Interesting, interesting. You are quite right. The allspark when out of it's little container, even looked like a multi-faceted sphere. Wow.

I love Megatron's attitude. I only wish Prime would have put up more of a fight, instead of gettin tossed around like a rag doll.

Not only that Perceptor, but when Megs put it in his chest, it was like how G1 Megs put the Heart of Cybertron into himself.

Both you guys are right, but doesnt it remind you of how TM2 Megatron from BW took G1's megatron's spark and put it in his chest and got super powers.

I almost forgot the secret Mr. sumdac was gonna tell Sari is that she too is a robot made to do every thing like a human.

This is getting way too interesting! There are nods and references to everything! This one is definitely uniting fans of all generations and gaining new ones. Starscream and Waspinator is what I'm wondering the most about. I can't wait to buy the earth mode Megatron!

2# Perceptor,I had a thought on your theory. Suppose Sumdac or the Autobots create a robot body for S.A.R.R.I. (heh heh)to keep her "safe"? She either wears it like a suit,or they transfer her brain into it like they did with Spike in G1. Could that be possible?

The write up on Sari's character is not set in stone, and that could be just the information needed to keep up to speed with season one. Her write up for season two could very well start off with: "Discovering she is a highly advanced robot built by her "dad" Prof. Sumdac..." Remember sci-fi cartoons are a constatly evolving medium and it mark lousy creators who did not allow their characters to grow and change.

It was pretty awesome!
