To commemorate the non-event that is "Black Friday" (The day after Thanksgiving when U.S. retailers pray that consumers buy all their goods to get a jump on their Christmas gift shopping!) We unveil pages for TFA episodes 17-23, including Black Friday.  You'll find they are now permanently linked to in the 2008 Transformers Section (in the left hand media column.

Speaking of Christmas shopping(!), don't forget that Transformers Animated, Season 2 is available for pre-order on DVD at Amazon.com and other retailers; to be available January 6.

Some fan favorite episodes included with this update:
17   Garbage In, Garbage Out
18  Velocity
19  Rise of the Constructicons
20  A Fistful of Energon
21  S.U.V. Society of Ultimate Villainy
22  Autoboot Camp
23  Black Friday

Hopefully, you've grabbed up your Transformer presents already.  If your local retailer is like mine, it's already, just about totally sold out!  Happy Holidays, everyone!

Or if your like me and did the smart thing and became friends with the manager of TOYS R US and a guy who works the toys and electronic section at Target. Both of who will hold the best transformers for you in the back in examge for some information.

ya I don't like SSwipe he just a redeco of of sunstreaker and although I'm gonna get him so I can have both brothers I'm not gonna rush out of my way for him. But Galvatron is a must. Octan/tankor too.

Usually not that into collecting the Decepticons (am an Autobot at heart), but both Galvatron and Octane (known as Tankor) are both pretty good.
My big complaint is with Galvatrons' arms coming off while transforming him... especially the right arm (which comes off at two different points, both of which are sure to disconnect during transformation).
I'm not going to rush out for Sideswipe myself either, but might pick him up at some point.
Just waiting for the Combaticons, Superion, Cyclonus, Hound, and even those new Legends (Brawn and Beachcomber).
BTW, again I realize the Legends aren't fan favorites, but are you guys aware of the upcoming wave 5? http://www.bigbadtoystore.com/bbts/product.aspx?product=HAS16274&mode=retail
The only reason I'm interested in Waves 4 and 5 is that several of them are simply new versions of the original Autobot mini cars, which is a suitable way to bring these characters quite literally into the 21st century.

All I need is Swoop and Ultra Magnus, both of which I have not found yet.

And shouldn't Jetstorm & Jetfire be out yet? Their release date was "November 2008".

I bought all my Tfs ahead of time because around where I live, you can't even enter the wal mart parking lot or Target.

Some Black Friday, I chickened out on Universe Sideswipe at Fred Meyer and ended up getting the Battle Begins 2-pack that was on sale for 40% off. No matter, I shall get him, Silverstreak, and other Tf and Joe products later on. By the way, if you see 25th Anniversary Prime at Fred Meyer, don't get it, it's 79.99 there.

I work at a Safeway so as a grocery store we usually don't have toys but we got the the OP Megs 2 pack for 17$ and if I remember right the sale is buy one get one free. So that's pretty a ok deal. And back to the to the Wal-mart thing while I was working I read a report about a wal-mart employee who was killed by the by a mob of people rushing the doors and no one stopped, and told to leave the store people just said "I've been waiting for hours" and continued shopping. One more reason to stay away from them.
