eBay Seller Passing off Accessory Set #6 as their own

While browsing the Radicons forum over at TFW2005.com, I found this eBay auction. The auction claims to have "Custom Transformers Animated Accessories". The box and accessories are shown, however, there is no mention of Unicron.com. It is entirely possible that the set is a Knock-Off, or it could be that the seller is just taking credit.

Either way, be careful of sellers with sets like these, there could be something wrong with the set. Never mind the fact that it's at least $20 more than you can get at Big Bad Toy Store, or at TFCon or BotCon.

While there is no mention of Unicron.com, I don't see any mention of the seller saying HE made them.

It is certainly not a knockoff. Our products are made in the US, and thus we do not fear the molds (or parts) getting ripped off.

These guys are like cockroaches: you can't get rid of them easily, and as Transformers, they wouldn't do so well with the general public.

Is that the same packaging you guys sell? I thought there was a logo and other info like "Made in USA" on the box face.

The bidder actualy seems to be acting like he created them, on the discribtion of Ratchet's magnets he says: 'what WE were shooting for.' It's a disgrace, he should of atleast given unicron.com some credit.

I said it could be a knock-off. But I really don't think so, it might just be a cheap person.

I dunno, to me it sounds like that "we" refers to us fans (what us fans were were shooting for in a custom of these magnets), rather than the sellers themselves.

He is not in any way pretending he made them, except for maybe putting "our" instead of their, but that's quite minor. He has the box included to show it was made by Unicron.com.
DocWho, you are not only making a mountain out of a molehill, but are also being hypocrit, as it was illegal in the first place to even produce this set, containing four copyright-infringing items.

you guys are soooo paranoid.

Taking another look, it seems he copypasted the text from this site, further fueling that he's NOT claiming it as his own, he's merely quoting you. I think it's just a guy who wanted to help out international buyers who couldn't buy at BBTS.
