Snapper Character Page Added

Moing right along with another Beast Wars character page, this time you'll find the Predacon SNAPPER in the 1996 Transformers Section, has been uploaded and ready for your viewing pleasure.  It's hard to believe that was 10 years ago now... wow, how time flies.  Thanks to Byrerprime for the original character profile and summary.

Yeah, it's good that its finally finished and Snapper was one of my first bw toys, but he was stolen from me by some punk back in the third grade.
