Botcon.com Site is 'Shattered' & TF Sales Doing Well

Check out the new look of Botcon.com with new teaser video. "This Spring, everything you thought you knew will be shattered!" What do you think Transfandom? Let the speculation begin! No news yet on time and place, stay tuned.

Also, check out this article on CNN.com stating that Transformers own, Ultimate Bumblebee was the #1 most searched item on Yahoo! Shopping replacing the Nintendo Wii! Sorry video game heads Transformers reign supreme! Thanks to TFW2005.com for the heads up.

Ok, we will finally get a Nemesis Prime toy, whoopie! And Crosswise and Mirage will be his minions. Maybe they will be Stunticons?

So let's review, Crosswise and another Mirage repaint, wonderful, and Prime repaint of Nemesis Prime. I can hardly contain myself.

They can't shatter the TF universe more than it already is. Every incarnation forgets the others, even Animated, which throws nods to G1 fans.

Thanks to Windows Sound Recorder, I found that sound at the end is the Autobot/Decepticon symbol flipping (from the '84 cartoons) sound played in reverse. Not exactly a secret message, but that's what it is.

Yeah, I hope it's a Motormaster-esque character. I'm tired of Nemesis Prime being insert into G1 fiction. It was cool in BWII (Black Lio Convoy), RiD (Scourge), and Armada. But Alternators and Universe were pushing it, imo.

Also, behind him is Cyb. Hot Shot/Excellion, not Mirage.

I actually like nemesis prime and would buy one for regular toy price but it is most likely going to be the botcon exclusive. *frown*

I respectfuly disagree, the head looks like it has a fin on it, but anyway, if that is Motormaster, then they better remold the face!! AND it may be that one story line in the G1 universe when Prime, Windcharger, Mirage, Jazz and Sideswipe "pretended" to be Stunticons.

Bruticus_42, it IS Hot Shot/Excellion. When the page first loaded for me, one of those Quicktime reminder pop-ups appeared before the box for the video loaded and I could clearly see the shape of the shoulder, arm, and leg belonged to him, not Mirage. Other sites like Seibertron.com say it's Hot Shot/Excellion too.

I was watching a transforemrs season 3 episode on youtube and guess what...I SAW BRAWN ALIVE! I think the episode was the one where the timewarp comes on by a quintesson machine and you see brawn shooting his pistol!

If I may note a few things, there is an Autobot logo on one of the shadowy figures, yet that background is awfully evil.

Not to mention that in the trailer, during the last portions of it, the Autobot logo turns purple, and the Decepticon logo red.

...I think Wreck-Gar, Scourge and Detrius aren't going to be the only Transformers with facial hair, if you know what I mean.

Hey guys, I just wanted to know, I need some advise. Do you think girls, as in middle school girls would think its weird if when they first come in my room and see all my transformers and other stuff in my comic book store like room? Don't say anything dumb please, I've had a bad day.

Well, it all depends on how they feel about Transformers. If they hate TF or have no interest in it, then I'd keep them away from there. If they like TF or are okay with it, it wouldn't do any harm for them to see your collection. If they have no opinion or just don't really care about TF, it wouldn't matter if they saw it or not. It's not you, it's them. Believe me.

Actually Sabrblade, Detrius does have facial hair. You just have to look closer.

Sabrblade, I am sorry, you are correct, it is Hotshot/Ex. I just couldn't see the whole picture with that minimovie infront of him. His wing above his head made him look like Blurr too. But I do think they are going to make the Stunticons, and with the "Splinter" gimick thing, I bet it is Autobots painted to look like Stunticons. If that is the case, that sucks! Looks like I will be selling my toy set to have Botcon be free for me!

What if they repainted certian toys to look like the stunticons and remolded them to combine into Menasor?
