Free Comic Book Day is today, so for those of you who want the free Transformers Animated : The Arrival / GI Joe comic, better go to your local comic store before they're all sold out. You can go here to find out what's being offered up this year, and find your local store that will be giving out these free comics.

Luckily I discovered one right near my house over half a year ago. You might have one and not know about it.

Just went to one. I got the FCD edition of an Avengers one-shot and the prologue to Blackest Night.

there was a huge event at the one i went to. costumed superheroes were posing for pics and giving out free prizes. spiderman, wolverine, batgirl, a storm trooper and a few others. they had a whole bag of free comics and it came with the transformers/g.i.joe comic. also a reprint of the very first TMNT black and white comic. they had some artists and writers there signing autographs. I got Mark Morales to sign the free Avengers issue the he inked. it was pretty cool and plus tickets were being sold for a one time showing of Transformers the Movie (1986) on the big screen!!!
