The Allspark has a "boiled-down transcript" of the interview with Derrick Wyatt from TFCon 2009. By "Boiled-down" they mean that these questions are all solely related to Transformers Animated and that the rest have been excluded.

While there really aren't any major spoilers revealed by these questions, we do get to hear some things about his opinion on the series/characters/etc., some characters who are NOT going to be in Animated (at least three are mentioned), some things we've already seen, some small hints about what is to come, and many other interesting revelations.
