David Wise Return to Transformers?

Moonbase2 known for their podcasts of all-things Transformers, has hosted an interview with G1 original Transformers series writer David Wise,  who states "he may or may not be in contact with Hasbro about an upcoming project."  What does this mean exactly?  Not much!  But the prospect is awfully interesting considering his credits of having written some of the best G1 episodes of all time:  The Key to Vector Sigma, War Dawn and the Girl who loved Powerglide! :)  Among other things, he is also well known for his cartoon story writing of TMNT, He-Man and others.

I'm sorry, but "The Girl Who Loved Powerglide" is not an episode that I would call one of "the best G1 episodes of all time".

I can't hear the podcast for some reason, so I can only go by your word. Though, if he's involved in any upcoming Hasbro project, a possibility could be the upcoming Hasbro/Discovery Channel deal.

I really don't like the idea of him returning at all. I mean, I'd much rather have Bob and Larry take a shot at this new series than let someone who wrote an episode as horrible as "The Girl Who Loved Powerglide". That episode made me cringe in a way that if a woman made me cringe like that, I'd have to say, "Ewwwww, you nasty!"

Also, tacos

The Girl Who Loved Powerglide was great!!!! One of my personal favorites. David Wise said it himself, you only really get to know the Characters if you put them in a different situation. We all know autobots can kick butt, but to really learn about them, you have to put them out of their element. Like having to put up with and save a spoil brat of a rich girl. That's how you really get to know Powerglide.

I didn't like it cuz that girl was annoying and when Powerglide started to care about her, it was as though he was cheating on Moonracer (whom powerglide knew to have been alive, as "The Search for Alpha Trion" was episode 37 and this episode was 38).
