Heerotoysmaker of ebay has listed auction of five new prototype/testshots of TF: Animated figures. These auctions include great high-rez photo galleries of Lockdown, BulkheadProwl, Optimus Prime, and Bumblebee. These photos appear to depict their final color/paint applications for these toys.
(Make sure to right click on the images and view them a separate page because ebay automatically shrinks them down. These pictures are great!)

hmm, it seems Prime's ax doubles for a trailer hitch.

Cool. But I want I want animated Starscream. Out of these most likely deluxe Prime. Also, who ever makes fun of my name is, well, just look to see where the other guy's comment framing me went to. So please don't.

As Jetstorm once said, "Gotta catch'em all!"

I'm eagerly awaiting good pics of Earth Prime. Does this Prime even appear in the series?

Plus, those are WAY better pics of BB, makes his joints look tighter than the other pics. And, as I said before, BB has a VERY chibi version of movie Megatron's fusion cannon.

Also, looks like Starscream isn't the only one with the "Almighty-chin" feature. Look at Prowl.

Wow. I have to say that for me this will take quite some getting used to. But the bodies over all look pretty good, and Bumblebee is actually really well done. I really disliked prime, and bulkhead isn't too good either (although with a name like "bulkhead" its actually quite befitting). Prowls face is overly stretched but he still looks pretty sleek. But again Prime looks atrocious.

BTW, does anyone know if officially there's korean g1 reissues?

These toys are such a radical departure, from what we're used to seeing from, super high detail, attempt to be look like real car Movie toys... WOW! I enjoy the new perspective, very stylized, they also look really posable and dare I say, *more* show accurate than the movie toys. I'm really looking forward to this line and show series.

Yes, the Cybertronian alt mode Optimus Prime does appear in the show. Very cool! Dudes you've got to give Cybertron alt mode Prime a chance! I think it won't take much more than a few shows and we'll all be "used to it."
...

Bring'm on I say!

Perceptor, do you really think the animated figs are more accurate than the movie toys? Also, I've already seen these pictures on another site before.
Jumpercliff said,  - 2007-11-10 11:12:01
Well. I'd say they're just as accurate as the findings of Einstein.
Tyscream said,  - 2007-11-10 12:34:27
What does Einstein have to do with transformer toys Jumpercliff?
Master Dex said,  - 2007-11-10 13:23:44
Jumpercliff is referring to how Einstein's theories are considered very accurate, so I assume he thinks that these figures are show accurate. Unless Jumpercliff doesn't subscribe to Relativity or any other Einstein theory, which would mean he was being sarcastic.

Also without Einstein the Transformers wouldn't be able to travel through space utilizing wormhole technology. Special Relativity rocks, lol.

Yes, this appears to be a line of all show-accurate figures. And can I just say... FINALLY! It's about time they start making the toys and show counterparts look nearly-completely alike! Hasbro finally starts learning!

I don't think its too hard since the models in this line aren't detailed

prowl looks like his old self cept fer a color change,an his new alt mode is a very good choice, since he rode a motorcycle. Also, prime's legs remind me of kup.
