Ah man!!! I live in Rochester NY. Ohio's not that far away! I may be able to go!!!!!!! Am I dreaming!? Sorry, it's my first botcon.
Sabrblade said,  - 2007-11-28 17:31:55
It's always the northern states that get Botcon. WHY?!! Why can't botcon ever come to the south? What's wrong with Florida, Georgia, Alabama, etc.?
Perceptor said,  - 2007-11-28 17:47:18
Cinci I like. End of April? Wow, that's awfully early in the year for all the school attending TF fans. Not much time to prepare. Hmmmmm...

>>It's always the northern states that get Botcon. WHY?!! Why can't botcon ever come to the south? What's wrong with Florida, Georgia, Alabama, etc.?

You mean what's wrong w/ the south other than the 'kissing cousins', hurricanes, dueling banjos, lack of winter, being on the side of evil during the Civil War//slavery issue and moving of the MN North Stars (pro hockey team) to Texas? Nothing, nothing's wrong w/ the South! :)

Only kidding!,
Your friends from the North
Sabrblade said,  - 2007-11-28 17:51:52
I just knew the stereotypes would be comin'.

Maybe I should've asked, "What's wrong the southeast states?"
Mechaburst said,  - 2007-11-28 18:07:50
How much is it to go? I've never gone to a Botcon Befor! I heard of some called a PACKAGE like a primus package etc.! Am I wrong or am I right?
Bruticus_42 said,  - 2007-11-28 19:13:11
"Maybe I should've asked, "What's wrong the southeast states?", Cause most can't speak English that's why!

Botcon, I am so Cincy bound!! Glad I purchased that OchoCinco jersey!! And that is for my friends in the Southeast.

This is going to be awesome if I get to go this year!!! I mean, I live sooooo close to it (missouri), must, go, to, BOTCON!!!!!!!! Btw, what could be so, "world shattering" about transformers? could it be that transformers were once humans? Or, organic at least.Or maybe evil autocons and heroic deceptibots.......(bot-con)lol!If thats true, then I'm never going to look at megs the same way again.:(
Master Dex said,  - 2007-11-29 13:35:44
I want a Botcon to happen in the southwest, then I might actually get to go.
Byrer prime said,  - 2007-11-29 14:36:35
Do your taxes early next year so you can spend it at BotCon. What's wrong with the Southeast? Besides the Carolina Panthers, Tampa Bay Bucs, N.O. Saints, and the Tampa Bay Lightning - nothing. At least the Falcons never beat the Eagles.
Sabrblade said,  - 2007-11-29 16:04:57
Again with the stereotypes and insults. Cut it out.

I just want Botcon to be closer so I can go to it for once, as well as have Hasbro (and Bandai) stop neglecting this part of country already!
Jumpercliff said,  - 2007-11-29 17:55:02
Ohio?! I don't even know if I can go, depending on when Spring Break is. Maybe I could get one of my relatives to go for me, since most of them live there.
Sabrblade said,  - 2007-11-29 19:00:47
Hey Lukis Bros, I know this is currently off topic, but I really need to ask you guys this. Could something be done about BOBO? I'm looking at some comments on other updates and he keep insulting me and my father. And I'm fed up with it, so could you guys maybe get him to stop or delete his vulgar?
Mechaburst said,  - 2007-11-29 19:27:46
FINALLY! I've found a G1 FORTRESS MAXIMUS (japan reissue same size with different color scheme) FOR FIFTY BUCKS ON EBAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Sabrblade said,  - 2007-11-29 20:34:43
FITFY BUCKS?!!! Wow, what a deal! How'd you find it so cheap? Was it complete? What was the condition? Did it have its box?

Wait, you said it had a different color scheme. What are its main colors? It could Grand Maximus or Brave Maximus/RiD Fortress Maximus. Both were reissues of G1 Fort Max in different colors.
Mechaburst said,  - 2007-11-30 07:23:31
It was thge same hieght and boxed! but the only diference is it is red and blue! P.S. I saw one for 4 DOLLAR G1 fort max too but it looked like junk!
Sabrblade said,  - 2007-11-30 10:20:51
Red and blue. Hmm... I'm still not sure who it is. Did it look like this:

or like this:

or neither?
Mechaburst said,  - 2007-11-30 14:57:09
I pretty sure his mane is "Brave Maximus" But still fortress Maximus
Sabrblade said,  - 2007-11-30 15:07:30
Either way, you are SO LUCKY!!! But is it complete, does it have have its box, and what condition is it in?
Mechaburst said,  - 2007-11-30 21:11:33
MINT sealed in box 100% complete but hey! who said i'm gonna win!
Sabrblade said,  - 2007-11-30 21:30:15
Wait, "win"? You're bidding on it? I thought you bought it from Ebay. From the way you worded you're comment saying that you found it, I assumed you purchased it. Now the $50 price makes sense.
chicane said,  - 2007-12-01 15:44:51

Mighty.maximal said,  - 2007-12-06 18:44:36
This maybe a bit obvious but shouldn't Botcon 2009 be held in Detroit ?

Or what about Portland Oregon, LA, Los Angeles or Colorado as all of those places have Transformers significance of one sort or another.

I wonder where the nearest convention center is to the Hoover Dam ?

transformersloversurivie said,  - 2007-12-09 07:51:51
what kind of transformers will be there at botcon 2008
basil said,  - 2008-05-11 11:26:15
I hope botcon is in missipssippi or oklahoma
transfan said,  - 2008-05-24 00:51:01
A convention as big as the '09 --25th anniversary-- is going to have to be in Las Vegas... but definitely West Coast.

Maybe the 2010 will go to Houston or Detroit.
the transformer girl said,  - 2008-10-26 16:17:22
When is the 2009 BotCon?? I didn't get to go to the one this year due to the fact that it was too far from where I live. If anyone has any REAL information about this then I would love to know.

We really need something for the southern states. I mean, I know we don't have the gang connections or the overt drug culture that the northern states have, but there are some TRUE dyed in the wool TF fans down here. What about Orlando? No southerners down THERE. Just Cubans. Takers?
