Alternity Convoy - Super Black Edition

Amazon.co.jp has a listing for the Transformers Alternity figure Nissan GT-R feat. Convoy - Super Black Edition. Previously, we've seen images of both the Vibrant Red version and the Ultimate Metal Silver version. Now we get a glimpse of this special edition Super Black version.

The image is actually an edited version of the Vibrant Red version colored in Super Black's colors, but this still gives us an idea of what it may look like. Note that this is not meant to be a new character like Nemesis Prime or some other evil clone. This is meant the be Convoy (Optimus Prime) himself, but in his "Black Body" power-up (previously seen in the RobotMasters fiction and Hybrid Style/post-G2 fiction).

No, JAFCON Convoy was just Prime painted black. Nothing special, just a different color.

This is Prime powered up, coated in his radiation-absorbing Black Body.

In fact, this is his third Black Body, whereas other characters such as Starscream, Optimus Primal, BW Megatron, and G1 Megatron have only powered up into Black Bodies once each.

Well, the first two versions were necessary bacause A) the needed the silver one because it's Nissan's color, and B) they needed the red one because it's Prime's color. This black one is just a bonus, special edition one.
