LM Brings You Skywarp!

I'd like to take the time to apologize to everyone on here for my long, unexcused absence. School has been a difficult mistress to deal with and I've been a little preoccupied with other matters, so much that I haven't had much time to update our news section. So I thought that you all deserved a special update from LM, and here it is, at long last!

I am proud to announce that I have succeeded in locating and purchasing a Walmart Exclusive: Masterpiece Skywarp! For those of you interested in seeing an overview of this fantastic figure's robot mode, check out the link below for my take on this gem of a figure!

Nice! Phenomenal toy! Can't wait to see it in person.

I passed on it for now as I already have MP Starscream and this one didn't have any fancy accessories I could see over that. Might try for it if it goes on sale though.

Good gravy, how heavy is that hunk of metal and plastic?

If its construction is anything like MP Starscream it is very light Jumpercliff, as I have MP Starscream (Hasbro version).

speaking of mp ss the takara version has much more time put in to its manufacturing . i have both and though the wally world one is g1 acurate the takara version has much tighter joints to you almost feel like its gone break . the walmart one is flimsy, but both are cool.
happy hunting
@ LM
when are you going to review the tru perceptor and insecticons?

True, so true. When I got my Masterpiece-03 SS, he was missing both panels above his feet and his paint on his face was chipped. The joints were my main problem about this figure, the pin hinge that connected his wings was oversized and upon my second transformation back into vehicle mode, the wings snapped right off! I was so disappointed with my purchase. I recently purchased the walmart mp ss and I really think that they did a better job overall on him than the one that they did on the more expensive Takara version. I hope this trend stays true to the walmart mp sw.

You've fallen prey to the heaviness of school too huh?

I really hope I can pick this guy soon, he looks nice!

Got him a couple weeks ago, and he's great. The wings on mine did not break off, and the paint apps were pretty good as well. Just remember to be careful with it, and you'll be fine.
