Having trouble deciding between the original release of Buster Prime and the 2-pack? Don't worry, ACToys has you covered, with a comparison between the two releases.

(Depending on which image you look at, the figure located at the top or left of the comparison image is the original release, while the bottom or right of the comparison image is the 2-pack version)

Well, I have to say I most likely won't be getting either of these, as I'm only a teen living in Canada without a lot of money to spend, but I do have to say I like the two-pack version better. I feel that the mouth on the original doesn't look as good as the plate. Aside from that, both are fine figures. Exactly how did they combine the Jetfire with the Optimus, it looks pretty interesting?

I'll only be geeting either of these Buster OPs if one of them is brought over by Hasbro (which likely won't happen since Hasbro said "No ROTF Premiums").

But the main differences between the two is the that single one has no mouthplate and has white highlights on the flames, while the 2-pack one has a mouthplate and has light blue highlights on the flames. Thee's also some minor differences with the soot paint on the tips of each gun.

But the biggest difference is that the 2-pack one comes with a show-accurately colored Jetfire, who's decked out in lots a rusty brown paint instead of the excessive blues and yellows the normal one has.

I think I'll be picking up the 2-pack at a convention and save on the shipping. But it depends on how much money I have when BotCon or TFCon comes around.

Why not just get the Buster OP that comes with the head you prefer?

Just thought of something: What do you get when you stick a straw hat and round glasses on this figure?

@sabrblade: i already got Jetfire to torment my house mate (it was the only one at Walmart and he told me where he hide it)

@jumpercliff: me as giant robot

I'm actually just getting a painted Buster Prime faceplate-less head mold from Frenzy_Rumble. So if you get the 2-pack, then you can get the mouth head as well.

If you want a link, I'm putting it over in our forums.

Thank you Doc. I needed that!

No problem. Even if you just get the Hasbro release, then there's still a way to get the Buster Prime face.
