Thought you might get as big of a kick out of this as I did! --Apparently the brother is close to reaching the 1 million fans required for the sister to name her baby Megatron! I don't know if I feel like cheering for or against it! :)

They are both F'd up. I've heard of the guy changing his name to Optimus Prime before but if the other guy gets 1 million fans his sister will name her baby Megatron? C'mon now, I'm as much of a fan as the next guy but would you seriously change your name to a transformers character or have someone name their baby after one?

My sons are named after TF characters. Not really since my wife named them. But Daniel (Witwicky) and Isaac (Sumdov) do have TF namesakes. I named my daughter, but not after TF's. I later found out that Marceline (my daughter) does share names with the town Walt Disney grew up in and modeled The Magic Kingdom's town after.

I have also heard this before. My wife thought I was creepy about being a TF fan, but this is way out there.
