Arrest Warrant on Shia LaBeouf, and Botcon figures

According to an article on Comcast.net, Shia LaBeouf was set to stand trial for a unlawful smoking misdemeanor in Burbank, LA. But neither he or his attorney appeared in court. A $1,000 bench warrant was issued for Shia's arrest.

In other, more uplifting news, Botcon "Shattered Glass" figures have shown up on Ebay in package! Heroic Starscream and evil Optimus Prime are both available sealed in their official packaging!

Also, rumor has it that the next Botcon figure revealed will be...

All the fame must be going to his head. Ugh, I remember when I used to think Shia was cool. He's turning into a male Britney (only not as rich or as hot!) Thank goodness he doesn't have kids! An arrest warrant for "unlawful smoking?" !!!??? Failure to leave a Walgreens??? What a dummy!

Hopefully he's out of jail before TF2 filming!

This Botcon set continues to be the stupidest thing I've seen come out of the TF universe since the appearance of Japanese TF names in BW: The Ascending. Seriously, how am I supposed to over look the fact that all that Decepticon is is the word "Deception" plus the letter 'c'? A little hard to be "Heroic" when you are a lying jerk. I keep waiting for a plot twist where the Autobots turn out to still be good guys and the Decepticons still being bad guys. As TFA Starscream said "we are the masters of deception!"
